04Thinking
Five observations on communication.
01
Most brand films fail before production starts. The problem is structural, not visual.
02
GPU cloud is a commodity. AI platform enabler is a partner. The product didn't change — the frame did.
03
If your sales team and marketing team describe your product differently, you have a communication problem — not a sales problem.
04
Investors don't fund products. They fund their understanding of what a product will become.
05
The brief and the final frame should be connected by the same thinking. If they're not, the work will show it.

06About
Harrish Mara
Creative Strategist · Brand Communication
I connect business vision with strategic brand storytelling. My work is about translating complex products and technologies into clear visual narratives — the kind that make an investor understand a vision they've never seen before, or help a business audience grasp a product they'd normally find impenetrable.
I've directed brand and product communication for a funded MedTech startup backed by IIT Bombay and for India's only listed AI cloud infrastructure company. The work has reached investors, enterprise clients, and healthcare professionals across multiple organisations.
I move between a strategy conversation and a production shoot without losing the thread between them. MBA in Marketing. 8 years across MedTech, AI infrastructure, edtech, and retail. Based in Bengaluru.
Most engagements start with a conversation about the communication problem — not a brief. If your product is technically strong but commercially underexplained, that's the problem I'm built for.
How a three-section narrative structure turned a complex AI medical device into a brand story that worked simultaneously as investor pitch, website hero, and product vision.

The Problem
AyuSynk was building an AI-enabled digital stethoscope backed by IIT Bombay. Technically sophisticated — AI diagnostics, wireless connectivity, cloud-based data storage — but the communication was fragmented. No single piece could do everything the company needed.
They needed one brand film that worked as investor pitch, website hero, and product vision — without feeling like any one of them specifically. A structural challenge, not a creative one.
Add production stills or storyboard frames
The Thinking
Most brand films for medical devices fall into two traps: too technical or too emotional. Both lose the product logic.
I developed a three-section narrative structure: motion graphics to establish the technology logic, visual overlays showing the product in real clinical context, and real footage to anchor it in human outcomes.
What Was Built
A flagship brand vision film — independently developed from narrative structure through production direction and delivery. I also led design direction for the AyuSynk website in collaboration with an external development agency.
Outcome
The company received funding. The film remains the lead brand asset on the AyuSynk homepage today — still doing the work it was built to do.

E2E Networks — Repositioning an AI Cloud
How a communication framework shifted India's only listed AI cloud company from GPU provider to AI platform enabler — before the category language caught up with the market.

The Problem
E2E Networks is India's only listed AI cloud infrastructure company — in a global category that includes Lambda Labs, CoreWeave, and RunPod. The product was strong. But the communication positioned them as a GPU cloud provider at the exact moment the market was moving toward AI platforms.
Customers weren't buying raw compute anymore — they were buying AI capability. E2E's communication was speaking the old language to an audience that had already moved on.
The Thinking
GPU cloud is a commodity description. AI platform enabler is a partner positioning. The product didn't change. The frame did.
I developed a product storytelling framework to align narrative logic across formats and teams — defining what E2E enables, who it enables, and why the infrastructure advantage matters at the platform layer, not just the compute layer.
What Was Built
Creative direction and narrative development across GPU cloud and AI compute campaigns. A product storytelling framework to align communication across formats and teams. Introduction of AI-assisted production workflows using Veo, Sora, and ElevenLabs to improve output quality and efficiency at scale.
Outcome
The repositioning direction influenced campaign narrative for the period that followed. The category language — AI platform enabler — became the direction the communication moved toward.
