AyuSynk Communicating an AI-enabled Healthcare Product

How a three-section narrative structure helped translate a complex AI medical device into a brand story that worked across investor presentations, website communication, and product storytelling.

The Problem

AyuSynk was building an AI-enabled digital stethoscope backed by IIT Bombay. Technically sophisticated — but the communication was fragmented. They needed one film that worked as investor pitch, website hero, and product vision — without feeling like any one of them specifically.

The Thinking

I developed a three-section narrative structure: motion graphics to establish the technology logic, visual overlays showing the product in real clinical context, and real footage to anchor it in human outcomes.

What Was Built

A flagship brand vision film — developed from narrative structure through production direction and delivery. Alongside the film, I led the design direction for the AyuSynk website revamp.

Outcome
The film was used in investor presentations. The company received funding. It remains the lead brand asset on the AyuSynk homepage today.

Brand Vision Film

The film that worked simultaneously as investor pitch, website hero, and product vision.

E2E Cloud Communicating AI Infrastructure

How audience-first communication structures and competitive category analysis helped make complex AI infrastructure products easier to understand across campaigns, explainers, and product content.

The Problem

E2E Cloud operates in one of the fastest-moving categories in technology: AI infrastructure. The challenge was communicating increasingly complex products in a way that different audiences could quickly understand. Most AI infrastructure content opens with specifications and rewards patience — which doesn't work for business leads who control the budget.

The Thinking

Infrastructure products are rarely differentiated by specifications alone. Across leading AI infrastructure providers, the consistent gaps were weak discovery hooks and feature-first messaging.

What Was Built

Product communication videos, technical explainers, a competitive video communication analysis, a strategic brief on emerging AI production technology, and AI-assisted production workflows using Veo, HeyGen, Nano Banana, and ElevenLabs.

Outcome
Developed communication assets, narrative frameworks, and educational content during a period of rapid category evolution.

E2E Cloud Thinking Through a Category

How a structured competitive communication analysis helped identify where AI infrastructure communication was falling short of its audience.

The Problem

AI infrastructure is a crowded category. The first question wasn't "what should we say?" — it was "what is everyone else saying, where does it fall short, and what does the audience actually need to hear?"

The Thinking

The competitive analysis was a communication audit — looking at how five companies used video content to reach enterprise buyers, developers, and decision-makers. Content across the category leaned demo-heavy and feature-first, with weak hooks for an audience that hadn't already made up its mind.

What Was Built

A competitive communication analysis covering multiple companies in the AI infrastructure category, with insight on messaging gaps and communication approach, alongside a forward-looking strategic brief on emerging AI production technology.

Outcome
Delivered a structured view of how the AI infrastructure category was communicating — and where the opportunity was.

MyShishu Building a Content Production System

How structured production workflows and a close working relationship with the founding team helped translate complex early childhood education into a consistent content library at scale.

The Problem

MyShishu was building an educational content platform for parents — translating early childhood development concepts into accessible video content. The gap was between what they knew and what a parent watching a five-minute video could understand, retain, and act on.

The Thinking

Content for a non-expert audience fails most often at the translation stage. Getting that right required working directly with the CEO before each shoot: reviewing scripts, rehearsing delivery, and aligning on what the communication needed to achieve.

What Was Built

A cross-functional production team of five, managed across pre-production, production, and post-production. A production workflow and QC process built from the ground up. A completed educational content library of 60+ assets.

Outcome
60+ educational content assets delivered. 95% stakeholder approval rating. Production system built from zero.
